The basis of The GloRec Mentor is to work closely with small, medium and large businesses, to understand from all tangents how those businesses operate, how and why they have grown and expanded, how they will continue to succeed for the future and more importantly - and for those businesses that may have hit a plateau or are under threat of losing clients and customers, why and how a new remedy can be designed and implemented in order to achieve success and retain those clients/customers and how to find and secure new business.
The method is simple!
Based on your agreement, a two hour long meeting at your premises will be arranged between The GloRec Mentor and yourself, you just pay for the traveling and out-of-pocket/subsistence costs to that meeting and if necessary the cost of an overnight stay depending on location. At this meeting Ian will begin to understand the situation within your business and will use that information to design a programme to aid the forward progression of your business. Also, at that meeting, he would prefer to 'catch site' of the latest accounts of your business so as to get an idea as to how the numbers may reflect upon any issues you may have as well as to see how they, also, can be improved.
Subsequent to the meeting, Ian will design a written response and proposal including a critical path for the improvement of your business and a system to obtain new and retain your customers and clients. He will also include your personnel and HR system review, accounts review, sales & marketing review, operations review and so on.
If you accept his initial response and proposal, then Ian will commence work with you both on-site and remote, until the assignment is complete. You and he will then conduct periodic reviews to ensure that all that was implemented by Ian is working.
The costs are fair! Aside from the initial meeting as described earlier, when you accept the response and proposal, you will pay a retainer of £3500 + VAT. After that, you will then agree to pay a daily rate of £350 + VAT until the assignment is complete. As the Client, you will receive a timesheet on a weekly basis and you will agree in advance as to the number of hours that will be worked by The GloRec Mentor.
